Jump Back Jack

Don't tell me otherwise, I like it how it is in my head. I jumped up from being deeply engrossed in what I was doing when i realized, that I didn't react, which was probably a good thing. You know  I pack alot of Double Entendres and hidden meanings with clues all over these things. Today in particular. It's all about "Subtext" to coin a phrase from a comedy animated tv series. So my muscles, I froze, I kinda remembered to breathe and I wanted to do something but I didn't know whether i couldn't, and then i thought I shouldn't,  so I went with the default of I wouldn't, even though i wanted to. You deserved an immediate response I think. But i froze with the… letting my… not letting my brain take control. I knew what to do from when I was younger, reacting was what was expected but I think I got more out of it and served to prolonged the tease by seemingly letting it slide by. But i really didn't. I thought the movement seemed out of place, and I didnt get the feel i wanted, but i got the sweet feeling of, the almost is sometimes better than the yes. i think you wanted the affirmation, but i want to prolong right here, that sense of almost, or maybe I thought, should I? And moreover, did she? i know she did. it i just wasn't expecting it. if you knew how every bone in my body wanted to act, to react to take that moment and give you a…, but the tease i think makes it all better down the road. Now it's my turn. You're not accidentally playing all these cards, i see them, i dont act like it but i do, some are subtle, some aren't but one thing is for certain, you're smart, and there is no accidents, i think you did it twice. One time you even laughed. It was that second time, i almost sprung tears there was so much emotion that i had to hide, so i chose to act frozen and siphon it all in. I'm not ignoring you, i am not scared. There's only one time to be here and i want to savor every minute of it and suck it all in because, well damnit, its all about edging, but if i dont move fast i won't be able to, i'm going to jump out soon enough. I keep telling myself that there's only one time to be here, savor it for all it's worth. When it's gone, it gone
